At Jardan, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted pieces and offer a 30-day return policy for most homewares and ready-to-ship items. Please note that custom-made furniture and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact; furniture items will undergo a brief quality inspection.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items for transit; for larger furniture pieces, we can coordinate a professional white-glove collection service for a nominal fee.

  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
